He has successfully led organizations with revenue up to $200M, repeatedly achieving zero recordable injuries while driving significant cost savings and revenue growth. His expertise spans facility integrations, footprint reductions, strategic expansions, personal and process safety, operational turnarounds, and project management.
Scott has worked for companies including Huntsman, Emerald Performance Materials, Dover Chemical Corporation, and Air Products and Chemicals, where he has demonstrated exceptional ability to unify sites, reduce risk, and set strategic direction for sustainable growth.
He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and holds his Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
