Prior to joining ECS, Karen solved HR challenges in the environmental and hospitality industries. She also put her talent to work in a progressive, decade+ career at ARAMARK where she provided human resources leadership to higher education, healthcare, and event industries. She has also partnered with clients such as George Washington University, Vassar College and the University of Maryland Medical Center on change management and diversity training projects.
Karen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and first in her class.
