Prior to entering consulting, Chris accumulated considerable experience in operations management within various industries including plastics, automotive, metal fabrication, and chemical processes. He has developed and led operations for both domestic and foreign operations and established a reputation for developing strong operational excellence programs and implementing a solid project management skillset.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Penn State University, along with an Executive Strategic Planning certificate from Booth Business School at the University of Chicago. He has completed executive training at the London School of Business.
