A strategic HR leader, Denise brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and total rewards programs for companies operating in diverse international markets. Her expertise enables rapid assessment of workforce capabilities and the design of targeted initiatives that enhance employee engagement and business performance.

Earlier in her career, Denise advanced through accounting, HR management, and leadership roles at Johnson Matthey for 15 years. Prior to joining the Empirical team, she served as Vice President and CHRO at TouchPoint, Inc. (parent of Southco), overseeing HR for 3,500 employees across 24 countries with a focus on talent, development, and strategic change.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in North Carolina.
