Kim is a talent acquisition and human resource professional with more than two decades of leadership experience.

She specializes in designing and implementing strategic talent initiatives that drive diversity, inclusion, and organizational success in global, regional, and matrixed environments. Throughout her career, Kim has focused on shaping talent strategies, driving transformation, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

More recently, Kim led the cut-over and stand-up of the Talent Acquisition function for a global consumer health company spin-off and managed the company’s North America executive recruiting.

Kim is a Six Sigma Green Belt and received a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University.
