In the past year, I started up a business and then shortly after that, joined the Empirical team of consultants. Through all the trials and tribulations and bumpy roads that life throws at you, this crew of mine has always been there to support me, cheer me on, and bring me love and laughter.

This photo of watching the moon rise in the dark night, you suddenly see the light streaming across the water. Having the light shine through and play across the waves is very centering, and analogous to my mantra of finding the light.
