Kristen is an experienced Salesforce Certified Administrator who helps implement business processes that align with the strategic priorities of our clients. 

She is a certified project management professional (PMP) with an extensive IT management background (Microsoft, Google, VMWare). She sets up and manages service and client success organizations to support the needs of growing businesses that are looking to drive efficiency. As well, she helps teams audit and develop operating procedures and process documentation.

She earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, plus Associate of Applied Science degrees in both Information Systems & Networking Technology and General Technology from Arkansas State University-Beebe.
