After starting her career in the legal world, Jerri Lynn transitioned to the area of recruiting within the secondary mortgage sector and quickly advanced to become a VP and Program Manager. She has extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and staffing, and has been a key part of teams that touch all areas of the hiring and recruiting process: requisition and job description creation, internal and external recruitment and hiring, managing staffing processes, and more. In one particularly challenging year, she was personally responsible for the hiring of more than 200+ highly qualified finance professionals within just one organization.
Jerri Lynn earned an Associate degree as a Paralegal from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
