His career spans a variety of manufacturing and distribution industries, including both in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer realms. His passion for data-driven decisions ensures process and business enhancements are focused on the greatest opportunities for improvement and return on investment.

Dan formerly worked as a process engineer and operations manager for a diverse range of companies including Amazon.com, Webvan, Lam Research and CTDI.  He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and holds a Lean Six Sigma® Black Belt Certification.
