She has consistently worked to develop organizational structures that enable growth, ensure plant reliability and uptime, and maintain safety. Her extensive technical expertise is an asset to her project roles.
She earned a Ph.D., an M.S., and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, all from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Value Accelerator Facilitator.
