An author of numerous employee handbooks and policies, she has conducted customized in-house seminars and training programs for managers and supervisors.

Jill graduated from Widener University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of PA and the District of NJ. She is a member of the Employment Law and Human Resources Sections of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
