When we work with clients, we first talk to all the different stakeholders – employees of the company across all functional areas, as well as with clients themselves. We want to hear what they have to say.
From here, we will ensure the foundational messaging and supporting visuals are strong and clearly differentiate the brand from all others in the industry. We make sure there is a “unique selling proposition” and that the target audience knows “what’s in it for them.”
Our team then develops an overall marketing strategy, and from there the tactics fall into place.
Important to marketing is the measurement of results and the analytics on the back end, as we need to know what is working best from our mix of marketing efforts, so we can refine and improve.
